Dr Nesargikar is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, an accomplished surgeon with MA in Medical Education, currently working in HCG Hospital, Bangalore, India. His surgical skills include, Oesophago-Gastric Surgery (including laparoscopic approaches), Gastrointestinal Cancer and Peritoneal Cancer, Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery, Minimally invasive surgery including Hernias, Complex Abdominal wall Reconstruction (AWR), Emergency and Trauma Surgery. His endoscopic skills include EMR and ESD, POEM for achalasia, Combined Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgery (CELS), Diagnostic Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy, Therapeutic Endoscopy (Stents, Dilatations, Bleeding management). He has several publications in peer reviewed journals, and has won several awards.
